Gromas Maskinfabrik A/S has since February 2005 been certified according to DS/EN ISO 9001 and has defined high quality as deliveries that satisfy the customer's expectations in terms of quality, delivery time and price.
This is achieved through a quality policy and quality objective formulated as follows:

- Strive for increasing customer satisfaction measured on the most important parameters in the cooperation with the individual customer.
- Ensure that the organization knows and lives up to the goals and policies set.
- Process deviations systematically, efficiently and documented, in order to learn from deviations and thereby prevent recurrence.
Quality objective
- Gromas defines high quality as deliveries that satisfy the customer's expectations, and will therefore maintain close and regular contact with customers and thereby stay informed of the customer's perception of the company.
- Gromas will be certified according to DS/EN ISO 9001 and develop and maintain our quality management system, which as a minimum complies with DS/EN ISO 9001 as well as relevant regulatory and customer requirements.
